Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and are committed to providing you with the best service possible. To ensure we can continue offering quality care to all of our clients, please review our cancellation policy below: No-Call, No-Show & Late Cancellations: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or fail to cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. This amount will be charged to the card on file. Grace Period: We understand that life happens, and we want to be flexible when possible. You will have a 5-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. However, after 5 minutes, a $1 fee will be applied for each additional minute toward your service. If you exceed 10 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled, and the 50% no-show fee will be charged. Payment for Declined Cards: If the payment for a no-show or late cancellation is declined, the fee must be settled before any future services can be provided. Failure to do so may result in being banned from booking future appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we're here to work with you if proper communication is given. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or adjust your appointment.
